Job Requirements:

• Core Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related fields. Proficient in C/C++ with solid Linux system development skills (familiar with kernel network subsystems and multi-threaded programming).
• Protocol Stack Experience: Deep understanding of TCP/IP protocol stack and proficiency in L2/L3 network protocols (BGP, OSPF, ISIS, LACP, STP, etc.). Development experience with mainstream commercial network equipment is preferred.
• SONiC Expertise: Familiar with SONiC open-source network OS architecture (Docker containerized components, Redis database, Orchagent, etc.), with hands-on experience in SONiC module development or maintenance.
• RoCE Skills: Deep understanding of RDMA principles, thorough knowledge of RoCEv2 protocol details (flow control mechanisms such as PFC, ECN, DCQCN), and relevant performance tuning experience.
• Bonus (Community Contributions): GitHub Activity: Active contributor to open-source projects such as SONiC, SAI, FRRouting, or P4, with a track record of merged core code preferred (please include your GitHub profile link in your resume).
• Open Source Influence: History of submitting high-quality PRs merged by open-source communities, or active participation in technical discussions and standard-setting.
